Dr. Peter Chase is the past director of the University of the Pacific Orofacial Disorders Center; a multidisciplinary clinic focused on the evaluation and treatment of obstructive sleep disorders (OSD/OSA) and Temporomandibular disorders (TMD/TMJ).

Dr. Chase has authored multiple scientific articles and contributed to several textbooks. He has lectured widely and has acquired a Master’s Degree in Dental Education. He is on the credentialing board for the American Sleep and Breathing Academy and on the faculty of the Contra Costa Sleep Center.

Dr. Chase opened his practice in Walnut Creek 7 years ago with care limited to oral appliance therapy for OSA and TMD/TMJ conditions.

Dr. Chase has published two books: The Integrated Medical Dental System and Sleep Medicine and Oral Appliance Therapy. He also serves as a consultant to insurance companies, legal entities and government organizations.
